Marriage is not 'by-force' - John Dumelo

Actor and business man, John Dumelo, is easing the pressure some fans and loved ones are mounting on him to get married. The actor is not putting much importance to the marriage subject, at least not for now.“People rush into marriage and their marriage plummet within a short time, whiles some people relax and wait for God’s time and enjoy the best marriages,” the actor made such a pronouncement when Razz Newspaper caught up with him when he made some donations to widows at Ada Foah Kewumor in the Volta Region during Valentine’s Day.

The actor also disclosed that marriage is not compulsory(by-force) and he does not fathom why people should be coercing him into settling down. He groused, “Yes, people are giving me pressure to marry but they need to know that, it is not a nine-day wonder and one can’t just wake up and get married.”

On the donations of items to the widows via his John Dumelo Foundation, the actor said that the foundation has assisted over 1000 school children across the world last year and this year, they are looking forward to touching many more lives.

Touching on his other business ventures, John said that a grand opening of his new hotel/Apartment called ‘Maselo’ is still underway and promised to update his fans on the preparatory activities towards opening

‘Well, I wanted to open the place in December like I proclaimed, but am still putting things together. I will update my fans on the date the hotel will officially be opened,” he concluded.

5 Signs you're settling for less than you deserve in a relationship

Are you in a romantic relationship or marriage that’s just not right but you’re not willing to risk ending it? Maybe you’ve convinced yourself that things will change or you’ve done something wrong to deserve less than optimal treatment. Or your fear of being alone and feeling unlovable is unbearable.

Maybe he or she is gorgeous and treats you well but something is missing. Perhaps your family or friends have convinced you to hang in there or try harder.

You may even know intellectually that nobody should have to settle for less than they deserve but your emotions are conflicted. This may leave you unwilling to take the chance of breaking things off because you fear you won’t meet someone else and will be alone for a long time. Perhaps some of your friends have been single for a while and they complain about how hard it is to meet a nice man or woman. Underneath all of these rationalizations is a deep seated fear of being alone.

New research conducted by Stephanie S. Spielman demonstrates that fear of being single is a meaningful predictor of settling for less in relationships. In her groundbreaking study, Spielman discovered that the fear of being single predicts settling for less in romantic relationships. Further, Spielman’s results showed that individuals who report being fearful of being alone will stay with unresponsive, less attractive partners rather than face that dreaded fate. Being fearful of being alone was also associated with being less selective of a potential partner at speed-dating events.

Let’s face it, nobody should have to settle for less than they deserve just for the sake of being part of a couple. But what is the source of your fear of being single? Although the answer varies from person to person, one factor that causes someone to settle is past experiences of romantic rejection and another is fear of prolonged singlehood.

Of all the difficult experiences that individuals face in life, being alone can be among the hardest. Growing up, you probably weren’t given good examples of how to be alone. It seems like everything you see in movies and TV and on the internet is about how to find the right partner and make it work. There’s nothing wrong with seeking love, because it’s beautiful and can bring about some of the most treasured moments in our lives. But very few people know how to be alone and do it well. They aren’t happy to be alone. They fear it and seek love wherever they go. Too often the pleasure they find in falling in love is the sweet release of no longer being by themselves in the world.

Single women may be reluctant to acknowledge the challenges of being alone for fear of being seen as desperate or needy. According to author Sara Eckel, many of the stereotypes we have about single women are misleading. She writes, “The single life isn’t a prison sentence nor is it a cocktail party. It is simply a life -– a life with responsibilities and rewards, good days and bad ones, successes and failures. In her article “Stop Telling Women They Are Fabulous,” she reminds us that we don’t really know how to discuss single women in our culture because in times past they were seen as lonely spinsters, quietly languishing in their studio apartments.

Too often I hear women (and some men) who are coupled up rationalize why they are still in a relationship when maybe they shouldn’t be. They say things like, “I know my relationship isn’t perfect, but at least he doesn’t yell at me.” Or, “He really is a good dad.” Or, “He will always be faithful to me.” When I hear things like that, I am reminded that breaking up with someone is an act of courage. To be honest with someone about why the relationship isn’t working is an act of love. When you can accept that your relationship doesn’t make you the best person you can be, and you correct course by breaking up, you become immeasurably stronger.

Whatever the reason, if you assess that you are staying in a relationship that’s all wrong for you, it’s important to take a few steps to determine if you need to end it. This can take time and a commitment to loving and respecting yourself. However simplistic this may seem, self-love and self-respect are the basis of loving another person.

Here are some signs that you are settling for less than you deserve in your relationship:

The relationship brings you down and your significant other doesn’t inspire you to do your best. Perhaps he/she is overly critical or too focused on his/her needs to be supportive of you.

You feel you have to change yourself -– your values, goals, or dreams -- for your partner to accept you.

You are in an emotionally or physically abusive relationship. You may have hidden this from family or friends due to shame or codependency issues -– putting your partner’s needs before your own.

You’ve been cheated on repeatedly and keep giving him or her more chances in spite of the fact that he or she has proven to be untrustworthy.

You sacrifice too much. Since your partner is unable to compromise, you morph into someone else to accommodate his or her expectations, needs, or desires.

In closing, you may not be able to determine what’s wrong or missing in your intimate relationship at this moment. It could take time and perhaps the help of a skilled therapist or relationship coach to figure things out. In the meantime, remind yourself that you are worth the effort and deserve to be loved. Often, the courage needed to end a relationship that is no longer meeting one or both partners’ needs shows the greatest strength. However, if you decide to stay in your relationship because you feel it’s worth trying to save, consider couples counseling if your partner is willing and motivated –- before you walk away.

Let’s end with this quote from Sara Eckel: “Mostly, you gain strength when you learn to listen to your own voice and live life on your own terms.”

Pastor Craig Davis Sentenced To 10 Years For Knowingly Exposing Women In Congregation To HIV

Atlanta minister Craig Lamar Davis (pictured above), former pastor of Full Gospel Baptist Church, was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 10 years probation on Friday for knowingly exposing women in his congregation to HIV, reports My FOX Atlanta.

As previously reported by NewsOne, Davis was found guilty in January of two counts of reckless HIV.

Davis, who was married at the time that the allegations came to light, initially denied both his HIV status and cheating on his wife.

In a last-ditch plea for leniency during Friday’s sentencing hearing, the formerly “unrepentant” pastor said that his actions were “wrong.”

As previously reported by NewsOne, Davis had extramarital affairs with two women and did not tell either that he was HIV positive. During his trial, Davis admitted that doctors diagnosed him with HIV in 2005. And while he admitted to having sex with a Fulton County woman, the former pastor denied a sexual encounter with his second accuser, Ronita McAfee of Clayton County.

McAfee tested negative for HIV, while the second known victim, who was allegedly celibate for 15 years before sleeping with her married pastor, tested positive.

Police are still investigating the possibility of more victims.

Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg: WhatsApp 'worth more than $19 billion' -- Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, speaking to mobile tech leaders in Barcelona, said WhatsApp, the mobile messaging app purchased by the social media giant last week, was "worth more than $19 billion."

Zuckerberg's comments at Mobile World Congress, referencing the eye-watering price paid for WhatsApp, were met with surprise.

But Zuckerberg said the company was "a great fit for us. Already almost half-a-billion people love using WhatsApp for messaging and it's the most engaging app we've ever seen exist on mobile so far.

"It's on a path to connecting a billion people. There are very few services in the world that can reach that level and they're all incredibly valuable."

Zuckerberg said there were no plans to harvest data from WhatsApp messages, in answer to a question from the audience. "That's the service that people want, we would be silly to change it."

Asked if he thought concerns over privacy could be a problem for Facebook as it aims for greater global penetration, he said: "The NSA issue is a real issue, especially for American internet companies.

"Trust is just such an important thing when you're thinking about using any service where you're going to share important and personal information.

"We continue to work to be sure we can share everything that the government is asking of us."

"The government kind of blew it on this. Governments have a responsibility to protect folks and to also be transparent about what they're doing and I think they've just been way over the line in terms of sharing what they are doing.

"But they are only now starting to get to the range of where they should have been. I think this whole thing could have been avoidable and it would have been a lot better for the internet."

Asked if Facebook would consider bidding again for Snapchat, Zuckerberg said: "After buying a company for $16 billion you're probably done for a while." Snapchat reportedly turned down a $3 billion offer from Facebook last year.

Zuckerberg's debut at the trade show, the biggest of its kind in the world, underlines the importance of mobile to the future of the social media giant.

While audience interest was in WhatsApp, Zuckerberg -- on stage with technology journalist and writer David Kirkpatrick --- was at the show to promote Facebook's work with

Facebook partnered with technology leaders, nonprofits, local communities and experts for the initiative.
Zuckerberg said the goal of is to ensure everyone in the world has access to the internet in some form, either for a small cost or for free. He said this could be achieved by improving mobile infrastructure and reducing the amount of data required to use services.

"Most people in the world don't have access to the internet at all ... it's about 2.7 billion people today. It's growing way slower than you would imagine. Our vision is to try to connect everyone."

Earlier Monday, Facebook announced it would help roll out an online education program in Rwanda. The deal, which will initially be offered to university students, has been done in partnership with telecommunications giant Airtel, which is providing free educational data for a year to those who sign up and Nokia, which is offering discounted smartphones to those participating.

Pamela Clark-Dickson, senior analyst at Informa, said Zuckerberg's appearance in Barcelona made sense given that mobile is key to Facebook's strategy.

"It gives him the opportunity to engage with key mobile operator partners, which will be important in the wake of Facebook's acquisition of WhatsApp," she said.

"Mobile operators will be keen to discuss with and to learn from Zuckerberg his plans for developing Facebook further as a service from which he can generate revenues from mobile."

Clark-Dickson said the announcement in Barcelona by WhatsApp CEO Jan Koum that the messaging service will add voice calls to its product in the second quarter of 2014 will also be something that mobile operators will want to talk to Zuckerberg about.

Samsung Galaxy S5 unveiled: Fingerprint scanner, 16-megapixel camera, but still a plastic body.

At it’s Unpacked event in Barcelona, Samsung has released the Galaxy S5 — and, to the surprise of everyone, three new smartwatches: the Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo, and the Gear Fit. We’ll talk about the smartwatches in a separate story and will focus on the Galaxy S5 here.

The Galaxy S5 is, for all intents and purposes, the Galaxy S4 but with a few cool new features: a fingerprint scanner, a heartbeat sensor, and some tech that constantly calibrates the AMOLED screen to compensate for ambient lighting, to ensure that those gaudy super-saturated colors are always present no matter the conditions. The Galaxy S5 is indeed splash-proof (similar to the S4 Active), but not ruggedized. This post will be updated with the release date and pricing when we know it (soon).

Specs-wise, the Galaxy S5 is not a huge step up from the S4. The 5.1-inch 1920×1080 (432 ppi) Super AMOLED screen is as wondrous as ever. Under the hood there’s a top-of-the-range Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974) SoC clocked at 2.5GHz, with the Adreno 330 GPU. There’s 802.11ac with MIMO, and LTE/WiFi aggregation — a relatively new feature that lets you download files over both connections at once.

On the back of the S5 is a heartbeat sensor (it’s close to the camera) — put your finger over it, and S Health picks up your heart rate very quickly. The home button, as expected, is now a fingerprint scanner — and yes, unfortunately, you have to swipe your finger over it (it remains to be seen how stable a 5-inch phone is, when swiping your thumb). There is a special chip that adjusts the screen’s contrast and color gamut, so that it retains the over-saturated AMOLED “pop” under different lighting conditions.

And then there’s the camera — a 16-megapixel beast that creates a small (nowhere near Lumia 1020-sized) bulge on the back of the Galaxy S5. Samsung is very proud of the autofocus, which is apparently very fast (0.3 seconds). There’s some neat features, like live HDR preview (for both stills and video). You can apply selective focus on the live view, too.

In general, the camera’s interface has been vastly simplified over the S4, which is a very good thing. It’s too early to talk about the image quality, but our early impressions are good.

On the software side of things, you’ll be glad to hear that the S5 is definitely a bit more sedate than the smorgasbord of useless crap that Samsung shoehorned into the S4. The interface is still TouchWiz, but it’s fairly minimal and inoffensive. There’s unfortunately no sign of Google Now.

The fingerprint sensor isn’t just for unlocking the phone — it can be used to confirm your identity with other apps (such as PayPal). There’s a Kids Mode, which does what you think, and Easy Mode (really) which simplifies the interface for older people. One of my favorite features is Ultra Power Saving Mode, where the phone falls back to a black and white display with just a few icons. This apparently extends the phone’s battery life immensely. Makes me wonder how long the phone would last if you only kept it in Ultra Power Saving Mode…

The chassis, unfortunately, is still plastic — but now the back is textured plastic (like the Galaxy Note 3), and the edges are now “chromed plastic” (i.e. plastic with silver paint on, I think). If you were hoping for a phone that looked or felt like a metal-bodied iPhone or HTC, you will be disappointed. As far the waterproofing goes, there’s a plug over the bottom USB port, and a rubber seal inside the backplate that keeps the battery dry. Samsung says you can dunk it — but you shouldn’t keep it under water. It’s splash proof, basically.

We will update this post with more hands-on impressions, release date, and pricing, in a little while.

Reality-Show Snake-Handling Pastor Dies -- From Snake Bite

Snake SalvationEp 1: Appalachian HuntNGCUS Ep Code: 9621NGCI IBMS Code: 043476
A Kentucky pastor who starred in a reality show about handling snakes during church services, died Saturday night after a fatal snake bite, police said.
Pastor Gregory Jamie Coots — the star of the National Geographic Channel’s “Snake Salvation” — died at Full Gospel Tabernacle in Jesus Name in Middlesboro, Ky., after suffering a snake bite to his finger, Middlesboro police spokeswoman Jeannie Miller told NBC News on Sunday.

Coots was bitten at the church at 8:30 p.m. but died at his home two hours later, after refusing medical treatment “because of religious beliefs,” Miller said.

She said the animal was believed to be a rattlesnake.

Handling snakes is practiced by a handful of fundamentalist churches, based on an interpretation of certain Bible verses that say true Christians should be able to handle serpents without being harmed.
National Geographic’s senior vice president of communications, Chris Albert, said the channel had no plans for another season of “Snake Salvation.”

“However, we hope to air a special tribute so people can understand Pastor Jamie and his method of worship and see that he died doing what he believed was his calling,” Albert said.
“We were constantly struck by his devout religious convictions despite the health and legal peril he often faced. Those risks were always worth it to him and his congregants as a means to demonstrate their unwavering faith,” a statement from National Geographic read.

In 2008, Kentucky Fish and Wildlife officers arrested Coots after confiscating more than 100 snakes from his home.

Following that arrest, Coots told Kentucky NBC affiliate WLEX, “I'm not going to stop buying snakes … I've been bit 7 times by a snake. I even lost a finger to a snake."

In 2012 a preacher in West Virginia was bitten by a snake during a similar ritual and died after he didn’t go to the hospital for over eight hours.

Toke Makinwa Disgraced On Air: Everything About You Is Fake
It seems a presenter with Rhythm 93.7 Lagos has been laughing at Toke Makinwa's flat b00bs secretly and he has also been waiting for her to say anything that'll upset him so he can wash her thoroughly. And his wish came to pass recently as Toke couldn't control her mouth when she and the guy were in the studio.

Toke told Nanya Diali to his face that his shirt is fake, the guy got pissed off and blasted her:
"Everything about you from head to toe is fake," he replied her. Toke Makinwa couldn't believe her hears so she asked the guy to explain himself. "What do you mean? Please explain yourself," she insisted.
And the guy went on: "If you remove your weaves, your fake eye lashes, your make-up, the push up bra and especially your bleached skin, people will run...
"In fact, Toke Makinwa, you have no single natural beauty, you are totally fake", he added.
I hear the statement hit Toke so hard that she couldn't even say any word to the guy but keep shut in studio.

This Digital Condom Will Electrocute You for Pleasure

If the condom slingshot wasn’t enough to get you in the mood, two researchers from Georgia Tech have teamed up to spearhead a new approach to safe sex: digital condoms that literally shock you.

Vice reports that the project is called the Electric Eel, and it’s an open source digital condom wired with electrodes and hooked up to a microcontroller. Once charged, the condom emits low levels of electrical impulses in an attempt to match the feelings of condomless sex and increase stimulation.

The researchers hope new innovations in condom technology will help mitigate the epidemic of young people who eschew condoms due to the fact that they can dull sensation.

Pretty girl seeking a rich husband got a shocking Investment banker's reply Not sure if a CEO has the time to reply to such things, but this is surely fun to read!lol

A young and pretty lady posted this on a popular forum:

Title: What should I do to marry a rich guy?

I’m going to be honest of what I’m going to say here. I’m 25 this year. I’m very pretty, have style and good taste. I wish to marry a guy with $500k annual salary or above. You might say that I’m greedy, but an annual salary of $1M is considered only as middle class in New York.

My requirement is not high. Is there anyone in this forum who has an income of $500k annual salary? Are you all married? I wanted to ask: what should I do to marry rich persons like you?

Among those I’ve dated, the richest is $250k annual income, and it seems that this is my upper limit.
If someone is going to move into high cost residential area on the west of New York City Garden(?), $250k annual income is not enough.

I’m here humbly to ask a few questions:

1) Where do most rich bachelors hang out? (Please list down the names and addresses of bars, restaurant, gym)
2) Which age group should I target?
3) Why most wives of the riches are only average-looking? I’ve met a few girls who don’t have looks and are not interesting, but they are able to marry rich guys.
4) How do you decide who can be your wife, and who can only be your girlfriend? (my target now is to get married)
Ms. Pretty

A philosophical reply from CEO of J.P. Morgan when you continue!

Dear Ms. Pretty,
I have read your post with great interest. Guess there are lots of girls out there who have similar questions like yours. Please allow me to analyse your situation as a professional investor.
My annual income is more than $500k, which meets your requirement, so I hope everyone believes that I’m not wasting time here.
From the standpoint of a business person, it is a bad decision to marry you. The answer is very simple, so let me explain.

Put the details aside, what you’re trying to do is an exchange of “beauty" and “money" : Person A provides beauty, and Person B pays for it, fair and square.
However, there’s a deadly problem here, your beauty will fade, but my money will not be gone without any good reason. The fact is, my income might increase from year to year, but you can’t be prettier year after year.

Hence from the viewpoint of economics, I am an appreciation asset, and you are a depreciation asset. It’s not just normal depreciation, but exponential depreciation. If that is your only asset, your value will be much worse 10 years later.

By the terms we use in Wall Street, every trading has a position, dating with you is also a “trading position".
If the trade value dropped we will sell it and it is not a good idea to keep it for long term - same goes with the marriage that you wanted. It might be cruel to say this, but in order to make a wiser decision any assets with great depreciation value will be sold or “leased".

Anyone with over $500k annual income is not a fool; we would only date you, but will not marry you. I would advice that you forget looking for any clues to marry a rich guy. And by the way, you could make yourself to become a rich person with $500k annual income. This has better chance than finding a rich fool.

Hope this reply helps.

Barcelona make Neymar tax payment

Sandro Rosell Neymar Barcelona unveiling sign logo club 2013Barcelona confirmed they have made a 13.6 million euro payment to Spain’s tax authorities, while maintaining that no tax fraud took place in the controversial signing of Neymar from Santos last summer.

The Catalan club were last week charged with avoiding the tax due on two payments totalling 37.9 million euros made to a company controlled by Neymar’s father, which was part of the complicated deal worth at least 86.2 million euros in total.

The Madrid court investigating the transfer accepted the tax authorities’ view that this could be interpreted as a 'signing bonus' to the player, which should have been declared in the club’s tax returns.

Barca maintain these sums were actually a ‘penalty clause’ due to the company, and therefore not subject to income tax in Spain.

When the tax case was first reported last week, Barca denied that the club had done anything illegal and said it would work with the court to sort out any ‘misunderstanding’, with Blaugrana president Josep Maria Bartomeu telling Spanish TV he was confident his club would be found to have done everything properly.

However, Catalan paper La Vanguardia -- which had broken the news of Sandro Rosell resigning as Barca president last month -- reported on Sunday that Barca had decided to pay the sum amid concerns that it would be liable for much bigger amounts [including penalties] should they fight the case.

And a club statement released on Monday at midday confirmed that a payment of 13.6 million euros had been made to the authorities, to cover any potential tax arrears which ‘differing interpretations’ of the contracts could bring.

The statement began by stating firmly once more that in the club’s view the transfer was fully above-board, and that any investigation would eventually find in its favour, before admitting that a decision had been taken to pay the money now.

“Given the existence of a possible divergence in interpretation about the scope of the tax obligations due in this transfer, to settle any possible tax debt deriving from this operation, and to defend the good name and reputation of our club, FC Barcelona has proceeded this morning with the presentation of the corresponding supplementary self-assessed payment,” the statement read.

“This self-assessment payment has a total sum of 13,550,830.56 euros, and has as an objective to cover the eventual interpretations which can be made of all the contracts signed with the goal of signing the player Neymar, although we are convinced of the legality of the initial fulfillment of the tax obligations.”

The statement finished by saying that Barca’s board would again meet on Monday afternoon to further discuss the matter.

Sunday’s La Vanguardia report claimed that Barca had tasked specialist tax accountants Cuatrecasas with putting together a plan to ‘reduce the financial and legal implications’ of the fraud charge filed last week.

According to El Pais. the fine handed out in such frauds can be up to four times the sum initially not paid on time -- which could be 54 million euros in this case.

US Issues Warrant Of Arrest On Uzor Kalu Over The Murder Of A Lady

Former Abia State Governor, Uzor Kalu, has gone into hiding occasioned by the warrant of arrest against him, issued by the US government over the murder one of his girl friends in Kalu's house in USA few years ago.

It will be recalled that Kalu murdered her mistress in his portomarc mansion after several sex bouts with this lady who is said to be a shop attendant in US.

Kalu who was in company of his brother Nnanna Kalu when the incident happened disappeared into the thin air escaping arrest. The family of the deceased with the help of some well-connected individuals has been on the case to ensure that kalu who has not entered the US since that period is brought to book.

It was learnt that the manhunt for OUK has started in earnest having been declared wanted. Further investigation revealed that the search for Kalu by the Interpol has been extended to other Countries and Nigeria is not an exception.

Kalu in the past few weeks have gone into hiding, as he no longer appears publicly in Nigeria, as was the case some months ago.

The family of the deceased it was reliably gathered has petitioned President Goodluck Jonathan and the IG on the issue. A source at the IG's office confirmed that the petition has been received and the IG he said is working on it discreetly.

Kalu has already given good amount of money to editors of major newspapers through SUN MD, Mr. Femi Adesina for them to kill the story. Attempts are being made also to compromise some online news outlets to kill the story.

CNN announces end to Piers Morgan's talk show

Piers Morgan

Morgan was the subject of a petition by Americans seeking to have him deported.

Piers Morgan's prime-time talk show has been cancelled with the journalist admitting the audience in the United States is getting ''tired'' of him.

The former newspaper editor joined US channel CNN in a blaze of publicity three years ago to take over from veteran Larry King, but his show has struggled in the ratings with initial audiences of two million falling to around 270,000.

The 48-year-old told The New York Times that he and CNN president Jeff Zucker were discussing a new role for him at the channel, where his contract ends in September, but admitted his brash British approach had alienated viewers.

Morgan's campaigning stance in favour of gun control has led to some high-profile clashes with opponents and hundreds of thousands people signed a petition calling for him to be deported.
One of the petition's organisers, Alex Jones, appeared on the Morgan show which ended in a shouting match with Jones warning him: ''Don't try what your ancestors did before.''
Morgan told the New York Times: ''It's been a painful period and lately we have taken a bath in the ratings.
''Look, I am a British guy debating American cultural issues, including guns, which has been very polarising, and there is no doubt that there are many in the audience who are tired of me banging on about it.
''That's run its course and Jeff and I have been talking for some time about different ways of using me.''
The New York Times' media journalist David Carr also suggested Morgan's obsession with cricket - he regularly takes to Twitter in support of his friend Kevin Pietersen - was not helping.
He said: ''Mr Morgan might want to lay off the steady cricket references if he is worried about his credibility with American audiences.''
Morgan, whose Twitter profile says 'One day you're the cock of the walk, the next a feather duster', has previously said he would ''be taken out of CNN kicking and screaming''.

The channel said the date of the final edition of Piers Morgan Live has yet to be decided and did not comment on any future plans.
Earlier this month, Morgan - former editor of the Daily Mirror - confirmed he had been questioned over claims of phone hacking.
He was interviewed under caution at the end of last year by officers investigating claims of illegal interception of voicemails by Mirror Group journalists.
The Mirror Group was brought into the phone-hacking investigation for the first time in March last year when detectives from Operation Weeting arrested four journalists in dawn raids.
Morgan - known for reducing guests to tears on his ITV show Life Stories - has said in the past he believes he is the best at his job in Britain.
He said he rated Michael Parkinson but said he thought he was better than everyone else.
Asked in October last year whether he was now the best TV interviewer in Britain, Morgan boasted: ''Yes, because I don't think that my so-called rivals do what I do.
''I'm the only person who sits down with people on TV for two or three hours to truncate to a one-hour show. So I think I'm almost in a category of my own.''
Morgan told the Radio Times: ''I can't compete with Graham Norton for the comedy he brings and I think he's got a terrific show. Or Jonathan Ross. Or Alan Carr. They're all entertainers and comedians, really.
''They're not any of them particularly great interviewers. I don't think they profess to be. Parky could do both.''
Asked whether he would like to be the next Parky, Morgan replied: ''No. He might like to be the next Piers Morgan. I like Parky but he doesn't think anyone else could ever come anywhere close to being as good as him.''

OKOMFO OFORIWAA EXPLAIN WHY SHE IS NOT A FETISH PRIEST,BUT SHE IS A TRADITIONAL PRIEST,Please let me start from this section Some missionaries came to our coast and saw our ancestors sitting under a tree worshipping God. What they ever they cooked and eat under the tree, they smeared the tree with food whenever they kill any animal to sacrifice to God, they smeared the tree with the blood, because they see God the creator and almighty in the living trees. The missionaries who saw this gave it many derogatory names. They called it among other fetish!the question that arose is ,what is the meaning of FETISH?FETISH is a Portuguese word `FETICO` simple means a thing that is created by the human hand for the purpose of worship. This word was corrupted into English FETISH, meaning and describing the same as in Portuguese. The missionaries who describing the worship of our ancestors under tree as fetish, went behind our ancestors and cut the tree and made a wooden cross out of the tree, and they are now telling me and you to kneel under the wooden cross and pray and worship God ……without accepting the principle of inconceivable power of God, no one can understand God. Some people claim that they have faith in God, but their own reasoning tells them that there is no God. So they simply believe that God is in heaven and therefore they cannot see him. Yes, they see the sand with their senses but they cannot see the one who has made the sand. There lies the difference. The African Religion sees God always. They hear him and see him in the sand, the stones, the mountains, the trees and rivers, etc. Africans science teaches that God resides in all these things. God never runs out and never diminishes. Here on earth, petrol can runs out, the electric plant can wear out, but the sun will shine forever from eternity to eternity. Man can grow old, lose his energy and become weak, but God is always the same and expands into unlimited forms. The supreme God is situated in everyone’s heart, in the stones. God is everywhere. No one can say that` God is like this’ or God is like that’. Everything is God because he is absolute.

Don't Blame Me for Having Big Boobs ––Actress Yvonne Jegede

Don't Blame Me for Having Big Boobs ––Actress Yvonne Jegede

Yvonne Jegede share some intimate stuffs with Vanguard in a frank chat. Below is a brief excerpt...

You have a penchant for revealing parts of your body, like your boobs. What happened today?
Well, it depends on the clothes. I have big boobs, so, if the clothes are not big enough to cover my boobs you would not blame me for that. I am not the person who made my clothes . I just put the clothes on.

What does love mean to you?
I am a lover of love. I love to love. I love to be emotional. Love is something that I appreciate. Trust me, I'm a good lover. I love my fans, my folks, I love the people that matters to me. I love to have people around me.

Is it true that you dated 2face?
I didn’t date 2face. I only featured in his “African Queen” video. I have never kissed him before.

What is an ideal man to you?
I don’t even know what it is any more. But I think people at different ages have different perspective in respect of what an ideal man is. He should be more intelligent than myself. I need somebody I can learn from him. He should also be able to take care of himself. That’s an ideal man for me. He should not be ugly.

Which part of you body do you think is your selling point?
I think it is my brain. Talking about the physical things that attracts men to me, it depends. Some people say, it’s my eyes, others prefer my lips and my boobs. So, I do not know. When I love into the mirror, I love everything about myself.

Are you not planning to get married?
When the time comes, I will get married. I have never given it a thought. It’s not about thinking, it is about the right person coming my way. Many ladies have been thinking about settling down for years now, but Mr. right has not come their way.

You are saying that Mr. right has not come your way?
Let’s take it like that. I don’t even have any relationship right now.

Why is it that most actresses do not want to get married?
How do you mean? Do you think that a lady would decide to remain single. As a woman, she still needs a man. If you do not have a man in your life, it is so bad. She can never be a happy woman.
